Ersen Denizcilik'e ait Royal Shipping tarafından işletilen, 1419 GRT'luk EROL SENKAYA isimli Türk bayraklı kuruyük gemisi Portekiz'in Aveiro Limanı'nda Paris MoU çerçevesinde 6 gün tutuklu kaldı.

17 Ağustos 2007 tarihinde Portekiz'in Aveiro Limanı'na yanaşan türk bayraklı Erol Senkaya isimli kuruyük gemisi Portekiz Denizcilik idaresine bağlı PSC Müfettişleri tarafından kontrole tabi tutuldu.

PSC kontrollerinde 28 tane eksiklik tespit eden Portekiz yetkilileri, Ersen Denizcilik'e ait Türk bayraklı EROL SENKAYA isimli kuru yük gemisini Aveiro Limanı'nda 6 gün alıkoydu.
