Paris Memorandumu çerçevesinde eksikliklerden dolayı Türk bayraklı gemiler tutulmaya devam ediyor.
Naklet Denizcilik Şirketine ait ORKAN isimli 2241 GRT'luk kuru yük gemisi, Portekiz'in Lizbon Limanı'nda 10 gün; Odin Denizcilik'e ait ODİNBEY isimli 8239 GRT'luk Kuru yük gemisi Slovenya'nın Koper Limanı'nda 3 gün; Aleria Denizcilik'e ait DOLUNAY isimli 996 GRT'luk kuru yük gemisi yine Slovenya'nın Koper Limanı'nda 2 gün tutuklu kaldı.
Avrupa limanlarında 2007 yılının ilk 9 ayında denetime tabi tutulan 418 gemi 1230 kez kontrol edilirken bu gemilerin 28'i tutuklandı.
Son üç geminin tutulması ile birlikte, 2007 yılının 9 ayında tutulan Türk bayraklı gemi sayısı 28 olurken, tutulma oranı 29 oldu.
